Aperçu #11:  Common Sense Border Protection
     • To expand liberty and so stimulate the economy, the border of each sovereign State must be timelessly protected from each entry of:
     (1) harmful drugs,
     (2) dreaded diseases & vermin,
     (3) invaders, trespassers, squatters, or plunderers.
     (4) theocratic ethnic groups ruled by community enforced religious law so disabling assimilation or acceptance of liberty, the constitution, or the American way; so therein, women and children unlawfully, are denied civil rights.
      (5) Those who are illiterate in English.
      (6) criminals and terrorists.
      (7) cyber wars: protection, detection, repair, and retaliation. of 200 daily network invasions.

       •  The Constitution of the United States,
          • Article I Section 8 Clause 14-Powers of Congress: “to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;” must be revisited to discover why millions of people are in America unlawfully and the Militia awaits to be called.

• Presidents Hoover, Truman, and Eisenhower did lawfully deport some of those who were illegal aliens: thereby, lowering those total numbers so here.
  • Herbert Hoover, 31st United States President, ordered illegals out, AD 1929.
  • Harry Truman, 33rd United States President, did the same, AD 1946.
   • Dwight Eisenhower, 34rd United States President, did likewise, AD 1954: deporting or departing near 1.3 million Mexicans.

       •  The Constitution of the United States,
          • Article IV Section 4, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion,” must be revisited to highlight dereliction of such duty.
    • Thereof, it must be done: simply repel any invasion and expel any invader, whether an unarmed band or an “army of one”.       That’s where governance must go. 

      • The Constitution of the United States,
     • Article II Section 3, “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, …”,      

  • The Constitution of the United States,
    • Article II Section 7, “Before he enter(s) on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:
    ”I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,
    “And will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

   • Thereof, consider this: if the law has been “closed borders,” a Presidency that maladroitly controls border crossings and allows illegal entrants to stay: has actionably failed the duties posted in Article IV Section 4 and so has violated his oath and so requires remedy.
   • Thereof also, posturing against and refuse to properly execute the Immigration Reform and Control Act {IRCA} AD 1986 which does make it unlawful to hire illegals and so requires an attesting to employee status, shows an open effort to violation the constitution.
   • Thereof also, writing “executive orders” that attempt to overturn Law or so to legislate new Law, is itself an assertive violation.

       • Thereof, additionally consider this: A Presidency that suborns {EB} subordinates:
      • to set the unlawful ahead of those lawfully waiting in line to come to America.
      • to delay the border fence construction and put gaps in its layout.
      • to take some States to court for their enforcement efforts,
      • to openly support ‘sanitary cities’ & encourage certain State’s unlawfulness.
     • to place TV ads in Mexico: touting food stamps, “if only to come to America,“
     • to set up a gun control scheme to channel assault weapons to Mexican drug criminals, referred to by the (ATF) as ‘Operation Fast and Furious’ {OFF}:
    • thereby, causing US Border patrol agent Brian A. Terry AD 2010, and Mexican citizens AD 2009-2011, to be consequentially so killed.

    • Thereof summarily, consider this: a Constitutional crisis does exist, and so must be brought to law”

  • The Constitution of the United States,
     • Article II Section 4,  “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and” “Misdemeanors,” must be revisited to put to action.    needs {AvC}

“forgetting that before I could have any power whatsoever, I had to take the oath to support the Constitution of the United States and execute the laws as I found them.

So rightfully so.the law needs be done:
     • Complete the remainder of the “Southern Civilian Border Fence,” all 700 miles, to be double-layered, 12 feet high: as so authorized by the “Security Fence Act of AD 2006″.
    • That alike the successfully finished 36 miles of the fence project: San Diego, California to Yuma, Arizona.
    • Deal with the remaining near 1,257 miles, equivalently so.
    • Properly deploy manpower and equipment levels, so as to verifiably control 100% of border crossings.     That to achieve full border control so as to deny all unlawful entry.  

      • • Thereof, each mandate that would want to:
  (1) promote, forgive, or ignore, any “unlawful presence in America“;
  (2) result in delay or avoidance of deportation, repatriation, or simple expulsion; or
  (3) deny law enforcement that need to apprehend, so not in Pursuance of the Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void.
     • • Thereof, consider this: it is not only an immigration issue per se as enforceable Laws are in place as to who is allowed in and for how long.          It becomes a question of   ‘law and order,’ or not; a matter of selective political anarchy, and whether those who have remained unlawfully in America, face criminal enforcement, pardon, or an invitation to citizenship?

 •  The Constitution of the United States,
   • Article I Section 2  Clause 1-“The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year ‘by the People’ of the several States, …” and 

•  The Constitution of the United States;
     • Article I. Section 10 Clause 3, “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, … in time of Peace…  engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay,” must be revisited to highlight dereliction of such duty.
     • Thereof, invaded States, alike Arizona and Texas, have the vested authority, to avoid harm by so engaging invaders, and codifying Law.          That’s as the Constitution says it must be.

Theodore Roosevelt {26th} President of the United States
      Roosevelt had said:  “But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American … There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag … We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language … and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.” 

     • Simplistically, “Being an American is an honor, not to be assumed, presumed, nor awarded”.
    • “Semper Fidelis,

    • So, “We the People” of America must boldly go where Americans have purposely gone before, to return to the ‘land of liberty’ so begun in AD 1789,
     • So, “We the People” of America must rid America of a century of tyranny and constitutional abuses, and so progressive days of rule must be totally numbered.
