Aperçu #10: Common Sense Energy Freedom
• To expand liberty and so stimulate the economy, each mandate that would want to ban, inhibit, or destroy:
(1) the processing of “out of the ground” vital natural resources on public or private lands;
(2) the capability of pipelines, refineries, or power grids, to bring “good supply” to markets, or
(3) the ability of enterprises to accumulate “ready oil, gas, and coal reserves,” so not in Pursuance of the Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void. That’s where governance cannot go.
Ayn Rand AD 1905-1982,
Renown American philosopher, Author
“Just as man can’t exist without his body, so no rights can exist “Without the right to translate one’s rights into reality, to think, to work and keep the results, which means the right of property
• • Each mandate that would want to interfere or destroy: the wealth of nuclear power, the prosperity of future coal burning power plants, or power generating dams, so not in Pursuance of the Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void. Such Acts must not be considered governance at all.
• The Constitution of the United States,
• Article I Section 9 Clause 3-Powers of Congress:” No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed; “must be revisited to take note that penalizing modernization projects would be exposit facto Law. of a Bill of Attainder penalties.
• The Constitution of the United States,
• Article I Section 8 Clause 16-Powers of Congress: “and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards and other needful Buildings;”must be revisited to highlight dereliction of ‘petition for statehood’.
• Thereof, to take notice: Alaska as a new sovereign State, has not approved Federal authority over Alaska land in accordance with this Clause. Needs {AvC}
• Thereof, the wealth of Alaska remains govern as if still a Territory of the United States.
• • The Federal Government retained ownership 65% of Alaska, including over 75 million surface acres of managed Public Lands, allocated for multiple individual usage: recreational, grazing, forestry, right of way, and resource extraction. Yet, abundant gas & oil resources have been diabolically laid waste, kept from job & wealth creation, ignoring economy stimulation, despite Alaska’s petition for development.
• • Thereof, Congress had ransomed ‘Territorial Alaska’ to retain resource domain. Such claims must be relinquished to complete the sovereignty of Alaska as so has been addressed in court. Alaska has the Constitutional rights of land integrity as so the original 13 upon admittance into the union. Thus, to seek unhindered possibilities of bringing the likes of a ‘North Dakota Bakken oil boom’ to Alaska. The {EB} has taking issue with such liberty & sovereignty.
• • Thereof, the {EB} which manages 355 million acres in the West, or 46 percent of all land in the region, contrasted to 15 percent of all land in the rest of the country, has used un-vested authority for political punishment.
• • ND now produces more oil than Alaska, second only to Texas.
• • Thereof, the vastness of the Bakken Shale Formation {Canada Montana, and ND} is in a scale greater than the entire Person Gulf. ND has satisfied 3% of the US oil consumption, and has accounted for 10% of all US oil production. But mostly by resource extractions on State & private lands.
Thomas Jefferson, 3rd United States President
“The right of property is the guardian of every other Right,
“And to deprive the people of this, is in fact to deprive them of their liberty”.
