Apercu #08:  Common Sense Separation of Power: so be it Legislative, Executive, Judicial, {federal state and local}

    • To expand liberty and so stimulate the economy, the Constitution of the United States must be revisited under scrutiny as: 

       •  to confirm: that only Constitutionally enumerated powers give rise to law, as so Congressionally made or obliged.    

       •  to confirm: that only such Constitutional law, is continually construed acceptable and enforceable.  

       •  to ensure: the three branches of governance are clean and clear as baron de Montesquieu had so aptly enlightened. 

       •  to notice: some old law requires purging from the files, so never to be referenced again,

       •  to notice: the Federal Reserve System, the bank of the US government, lacks Constitutional reference or listing among any of the Constitutionally enumerated powers of Congress, 

       •  to notice that Congress has, fabricated social engineering type departments such as Education, Housing, & Labor; 

       •  to ensure: Congress now directs them to cease & desist, due to not having had authority to create them,

       •  so: Transportation, Agriculture, Health, and Interior Departments, must also be pruned to Constitutional limits,

    •  so consider this: the (EMP) Commission says the USA grid needs protection from foreign space attacks, nuclear or other,

       •  so consider this: the national electronic grid is vulnerable to short bursts of an electromagnetic pulse (EMP), or even a natural event, like a solar (EMP), but is defendable, but hardly survivable if unplanned for or if left to the laws of nature, 

      •  so consider this: States can so protect & defend state grids, independently,          •  to confirm: that all representatives [including State & local] have so fully abided their oaths & enumerated powers:

        “I do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, 

                       [so embracing the ten ‘Bill of Rights’] against all enemies foreign and domestic, So help me God”  

      •  so against all enemies: means no 21 trillion dollar debt, no welfare state, and no deep State, so the Rule of LAW,

      •  so foreign and domestic: means our borders become defended with an impenetrable wall, so reckoning zero entry,

      •  to ensure: appropriations are separately construed by Department, & unit, or office: by location, and purpose,       •  to ensure: separate department appropriations are not in one Bill, omnibus spending is Un-constitutional,  

       •  so consider this: an appropriation shall originate from local budgets, an addition process, by a CPA,

       •  to ensure: each appropriation bill requires only but a democratic vote of all representatives, within each House, 

       •  to ensure: each appropriation bill is read prior to voting, thereby a reasonable time has been so allowed,

       •  to ensure: each appropriation bill has no waste, duplication, or special allotment, per the Inspector General’s audit

       •  so consider this: priority code each appropriation, such that when seeking a balanced budget, a line can be drawn,
