Aperçu #04: Common Sense “enterprise and free market” Taxes
• To expand liberty and so stimulate the economy, the tax rates placed on net business income, a Profit and Loss Statement aka [P&L], must be no more than 18%, a bracket [4].
• • That to be laid “territorially” and to be identically so, for each [P&L]: incorporated or otherwise not.
• • The annual [P&L] is what it is, so accredited by generally accepted accounting principles” (GAAP),
• • “Cash-basis accounting” [CBA], or other sound Accounting alternatives must be acceptable for filing the tax Form 1040 Schedule C and all the [P&Ls] as attached.
• • Net income is as of a bank account, it being the balance increase during a year. The [P&L] information is the sum of deposits less the categorical distribution of the checks & debit card deductions.
• • Taxes must be determined by rates alone, not to be tampered by “Federal accounting rules” {FAR} that tinker with occurred business expenses and thus altering net income .
• • Each mandate that would want to change the inherent data of a [P&L], so not in Pursuance of the amended Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void.
• • Taxes on Gross receipts, inventory, or accounts receivable, must be reset to zero.
• • Taxes on processes of a product before salability, must be reset to zero.
• • Thereof, a “value added tax“ must be reset to zero.

• • Any mandate that would:
(1) require or compel “tax withholding,”
(2) “determine fringe benefits,” or
(3) otherwise command earnings, so not in Pursuance of the Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void.

• Article of Amendment XVI “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration,“ must be revisited to so definitively know income.
• • Thereof, to take note: self-evidently there’s not an authority to “Withhold,“ funds nor to create a malicious refund merry-go-round deception. That would be property seized for taxes not yet laid.
• • There was no withholding from AD 1916 thru AD 1943 in pursuant of the law. That’s, where governance cannot go. And must be so brought to law.

The Constitution of the United States,
• Article of Amendment XIII, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude,… shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction,” must be revisited to so definitively know involuntary servitude.
• Thereof, the right to the fruits of ones labor cannot be denied.
• Thereof, involuntary servitude is forcefully taking it before you get it, and taxation is taking it after you have gotten it.
• • Thereof, Any mandate that would “impress,” an employer to “perform the duties of a Tax collector,” or would “conscript” an employer to “perform services for inquiring Federal agencies,” so not in Pursuance of the Constitution, must be struck down and made null and void.

• Thereof, any taxation authority must arrange for a directed reporting, four times a year. And for the direct paying of taxes: such as 1/2 due the end of June, 1/4 due the end of September, and 1/4 due the end of December.
• Thereof, the last payment precludes any further activities for that tax year and records need no review nor be saved.
• {Forms 1040ES, W2, W4, 1099 series, 1120, and 2553, must be expired.}
